Southwest Airlines FAILED ME - Surviving Christmas 2022

Christmas 2022 was very trying for me and my family!
Messed up the dates on the video. These are the correct dates.
Dec. 20 - Flew up to Baltimore
Dec. 21 - Drove around town, visited Cooter’s
Dec. 22 - Stayed in at the cabin
Dec. 23 - Visited Luray caverns, headed to Baltimore hotel
Dec. 24 - Lunch with friends, flight cancelled.
Dec. 25 - Rented car, drove 15 hours to Florida
Dec. 26 - Arrived at home at 6:41am.

Fortunately we made it home quickly and safely. I thank God for that! My heart goes out to all the people who are STILL stranded at airports. Babies without formula, people without their medication, senior citizens sitting in wheelchairs for hours and days with no resolution. This just underscores how IMPORTANT Information Technology and computer systems are to a business. It should NOT be an afterthought! People's lives are being severely affected because of SWA Management's lack of planning. Praying for those stranded folks to get home soon.

SW also failed a local reporter who was stuck. The local gas station used to not take credit cards. Was so weird. They do now, but costs more for you to use them.
