Bangalore to Goa trip is one of the most ideal and fun road trips to take. To reach South Goa from Bangalore, you will have to cover a distance of 550 to 600km. So, to select the best route can be tricky. We took below route for this travel.
BANGALORE → NELAMANGALA → TUMKUR → CHITRADURGA → DAVANAGERE → HAVERI → SIRSI → ANKOLA → KARWAR → AGONDA
Distance: 570 Km
Time: 11 Hrs
While driving from Bangalore on the Karwar route you will have to take the National Highway 48 and National Highway 66 to reach South Goa.
Agonda beach is situated in south goa between cola beach and palolem beach. If you want a peaceful morning and evening with decent food and some sea facing resorts you are at the right beach. One can enjoy the clear waters and sunbath all day long. If you are looking for a peaceful time by the beach Agonda is one of the beach you should choose.Lots of shacks and beach-huts. Depending on the time of the year, the crowd may vary.

Hi, I am from sirsi, this route you took is very safe. Infact whole of uttara kannada district is very safe, hardly any major crime there. I can understand the apprehension you guys had because of the forest (it falls under western ghats) .

Vaspsi pe aap logg.. Mudgao...Anmod.. Mollem... Ramnagar... Dharwad..140km. .. 28 km Hubli.. Then..Main highway to Bangalore 420 km... Super Road.. Sahi kaha.. Ford.. Mai humey bhi Goa enter karte hi bharna.. Ek baar toh hamey Ramnagar mai private dukan se khareednaa padda.. South Goa.. Stay 10-15 days.. Just relax..
