In some places like California they will spend 3 days trying to talk someone out of a car. With the Arkansas State Police you will get out or they will bust your window and drag you out kicking and screaming. That’s a decision only you can make. I’m a retired LEO. I must say that although I retired long before this sov cit crap started rearing it’s head, I’ve dealt with many people like this one here. However, I must give kudos to the ASP as I cannot believe how nice they are to the perps who give them a hard time. In my day, he could have moaned and groaned all he wanted and we would’ve told him that he deserved everything he got. Maybe we were wrong, maybe it’s because of the all the cameras, but I’m still surprised that no said at the very least “I told you so!”

I got in a little trouble 45+ years ago. Those back seats in the old squad cars were pretty rough riding if a guy was to pull shit like that. The elevator ride in the old jail was pretty bumpy also I'm told, the cables needed greasing cause sometimes it would stop between floors, especially if somebody was spitting😮

I got stopped sunday. I was doing 60 in a 40. I actually started pulling over before the offficer came after me. He took my license, ran it, checked my insurance and sent me on my way with a warning. We are blessed to live in an area with GREAT law enforcement. Act accordingly and dont be an idiot. When I was with Maricopa sheriffs dept. We had so much territory to cover. It took sometimes 30-40 minutes for backup. We learned the hard way after losing a brother. From then on there were 2 in each car.
