Cool video! Sounds like my story. 6 months post op and getting better every day. The Netflix binge is real. I thought I would be more productive and head strong but the depression part is real. Alcohol probably didn’t help. Anyone dealing with this I recommend staying away from the booze. Stay strong 👊🏼

@@vigilantaggression yeah it was crazy. I never thought I would be in a depression state. It was also terrible timing because that was the same year my kids moved overseas.

I'm 3 years out and the struggle is still real. Hardest part is definitely changing your mindset. You absolutely have to do your exercises and don't give up on them. My biggest hurdle was all the muscle tone I lost while being non weight bearing for 4 months and the ever so gradual tiny steps to weight bearing. Just think in terms of small, gradual improvements and you will get through this. Also, stop dwelling on how you used to be able to do things - it will improve and there may be some things you cannot do like before (that's just the reality).

Thank you, thank you for your testimony and your story you inspired me to continue to be hopeful and to put my mind at ease and push myself to be positive on a daily basis because showing off is temporary and every day that will be a recovery and healing process thank you so much

hi, my name is George Gorda. It's been two months since I fell down and I fracture my TB and a little bit of fibula I could relate with you. I have to be on the wheelchair. I do have a small cast prior to me having a immobilizer. The pain is getting less, but I feel the same way you felt down frustrated depressed, hopeful anxious praying every day for healing. I hope my next x-rays on December 2 will show so much healing so much different because the pain has gotten less prior when it happened. It was excruciating pain. I'm still in no way bearing. I'm hoping that it's temporary on 52 years old. I can't wait to get up from this wheelchair . Is either my wheelchair or the bed thank you for your inspiring words. My name is George Villacorta.

@@sargecollects amen thank you such a crazy experience, but thank God you give me the confidence that you heal completely based on the evidence. I'm still under the wheelchair, but the pain has gotten less and I'm able to stand up from the wheelchair to the bed from the bed to the wheelchair to the bathroom. Just gotta hang in there, but I know that every day counts I feel it I'm able to put away without hurting like before thank you so much my friend again.

Thanks so much for this Sonny. Happy a”knee”versary! Great video and even better tips! I actually paused reading a book to watch this. I make Tik Toks about my journey. I haven’t posted any in a few weeks and this reminds me that I need to return to what I was doing. I’m still in the thick of it but I do a lot of PT on my own all day & I take care of or play w my 12 month old. Still got to work on staying positive! Thanks for making and sharing this ❤
