How do you “know” if someone is right for you?
The simplest answer: Only you can decide that.
In this video, I share the 5 signs your relationship is unhealthy, or at best, not going to last. Don’t see yourself in these? That’s great!
But if you do, know that even though heartbreak is painful, the pain of regret and time wasted can be worse. You are worthy of an awesome, supportive, and loving relationship, so get to work on loving yourself first. 🧡
Bonus Sign #6: If you saw the title of this video and had a gut reaction, lean into that. Listen to what your intuition is telling you and do the work to prioritize yourself.

Being with my ex narc for the past 6 yrs. made me observe this very pattern. I think they wanted to feel very important in a way that is disturbing. Instead of building trust with their intimate partners, they destroy the trust that they built with you (in that case lying when they tried to put you in their pedestal). Once they have a committed partner, they can’t stand being loved authentically by one person. Instead they go on and prey on other women that is susceptible to their love bombing. My ex narc was a compulsive pursuer in a relationship. He would go back and forth to the women he were involved before or try to meet women in complicated situation so that going public isn’t an option while having you as their main supply. In the end they destroy the very person that loved them. They are like toddlers testing your love for them. Showing and telling them you love them isn’t enough, they will cheat on your face to make you feel inadequate even if you are more than they deserve. They want to test your love for them so they keep hurting you and when you have enough of their abuse, you leave. Then they tell you, ‘you never loved me because you abandon me’. Well in fact it’s their actions and narcissistic behavior that made you leave or in other cases they discard you and will give silly reasons of the discard. Mine would use, ‘she’s crazy’, ‘she’s a nega-star’, ‘she insults me’, ‘she cheated on me’ et al. So with this pattern of infidelities and emotional abuse (who knows what else) it’s better to walk away. I did walk away and is now rebuilding my life with our daughter. We are struggling financially because I’m not earning enough to provide for my daughter but now we get to laugh and bring with us sunshine every day. No lies, no abuse and no fake love. We only live once, forgive yourself and move forward but never forget the lesson that narc abuse taught you. That is to respect yourself to walk away from what’s hurting and destroying you. That you deserve a life of solitude, happiness and love. Hugs*** :) Additionally I got to know about my narc husband bad ways when I reach out to a private detective Metaspyhub@gmail. com for help he did a perfect work for me I can see everything he’s doing on his device.

🤔Some men were created to be celibate. Celibacy is their test in the world. Because they're sensitive and emotional and because they are dependent on people and human emotions of feelings of love and loyalty, celibacy is their test and celibacy is their answer. Celibacy is their blessing and celibacy they think is their curse. And whenever an intelligent and wise man goes into a relationship and seeks love and happiness in this world from a woman, he ends up suffering so much through other reasons that he ends up emotionally and mentally breaking down and becoming depressed and dependent upon a man emotionally physically and eventually sexually. And many of them end up falling in love with younger boys after sexually being involved with an intelligent and emotional man who feels dishonoured and humiliated by the sexually serving their boyfriends and husbands. The answer is very simple. Celibacy... Purity. Piety. Chastity. Although for a person who is mentally and emotionally depressed and spends all his life crying weeping and wailing and being sad, the greatest nightmare of that person is to be single and chaste. But if they could suffer that pain of celibacy for 3 to 5 years, then they would find such happiness and such fulfilment in their lives and they would never ever have to go through the long part of seeking sexual pleasure from a woman and then falling in love with a man and then becoming a criminal to keep that man and then becoming a murderer and a monster and a weak person who is dependent on another person's love and has to destroy the universe and every religion and every law just to justify themselves and they're sick sexual sexuality. Although celibacy and Chastity is a word of fear and terror to men. These two words hold every honour, every friendship, every happiness, every power, every fulfilment, health happiness honour respect true friendships ultimate happiness and ultimate success in this world and the next for every single emotional and intelligent man. No man in the world suffered because of celibacy. No man in the world ever suffered because of chastity. No man was ever famed because he was celibate. No man was ever tortured because he was chaste. No man was ever tortured and humiliated and assaulted because he was pious. No man was ever killed murdered or framed for being celibate and chaste and pure. Celibacy will not kill you. You may think that celibacy and Chastity and the purity of the heart and thought might kill you but it will not. It will make you the best possible version of yourself. And never think that it is too late. Never think that you are too old or had too many sexual relationships and cannot become celibate and Chaste now. That is the greatest trick of the devil. Never ever back off from celibacy and Chastity -keep trying keep praying and keep praying and keep crying to God to give you the strength and the power and the ability to stay celibate and chaste no matter how old you are and no matter how many relationships you had.

You don't need to argue. Go find something else to do. Or, click off the TV and jump on him like a cat. But, I can't give you good advice. I never re-married. My partner was cheating on me while we were leaving together for 2 years. Although there were so many some red flag, but she never stopped telling me how much she loved me and want to spend the rest of her life with me. So I kept on believing her lies and shoving the red flags. . Never knowing that she was having an affair with a guy that I know and they both kept it a secret. I got to find out when I open up to a very good business partner. How I have been noticing some red flags and he advised me on what to do and to find out for sure if she is being faithful. It was then that I realized that she was having an affair with this guy and they were secretly making future plans.. I was so heart broken by this but still grateful that I did the needful to actually find out. It is really such a painful thing how people plays with ones emotions.

People cheat because they want something they can’t have. Doesn’t matter what their partner is like. They can be stunning inside and out. People get bored and then want to partake in something inappropriate to get a thrill by chasing someone else they know they shouldn’t. It’s like people who save up to buy a new car, are happy for a day, and then want to buy a new house. There will always be something more. There will always be something better. To give you another perspective, I use to cheat and I did it out of insecurity. I never felt pretty enough for him or never felt wanted , I would seek men and knowing they wanted me made feel better. It wasn't about the sex it was about how I felt about myself, this made it worst I started to fell dirty after time. My bf and I would fight and I would go sleep with someone to feel like I was still wanted. I take accountability for my actions and I acknowledge that what I did was wrong , I'm just aware of why I acted this way. I found Christ and was filled with his love a love no man can replace, ever since then I don't seek men to fill that void , I lost myself completely but it was never about the other person , yes their actions made me feel insecure but they are not responsible for how I feel I know now that when someone makes me feel un wanted I love myself enough to walk away I love myself enough to not care if they leave me , I accept it and move on , yes it's been hard but I don't use my body anymore. That's why I would cheat.

I’ve become obsessed with checking on the relationship (searching the internet for answers to my questions compulsively). And the big one for me is: I shouldn’t be feeling this way. I should feel happy, warm and fuzzy, not anxious, sad and irritated.

Literally ME. For my entire relationship. It's been almost a year and a half and the obsessive googling has only reduced in the last few months. I hate it. I don't think I've ever felt emotionally secure in this relationship for more than a couple weeks. I usually blame my anxiety but maybe it's actually a red flag I should be acting on

Those who cheat on their partners who are loyal to them; don't deserve them. It is a trashy attitude to disrespect a person who is loyal in a relationship, by cheating on him or her.If you succeed in cheating someone, don't think that the person is a fool realize that the person trusted you much, more than you deserve.I've been bullied by my wife for months and this got me worried cause she complains on every little thing I do in the house. I asked her what was wrong and why the change of attitude, she got no excuse for her actions I took out time to observe her behavior and I got to know he's been seeing another man a co-worker where she works.I needed a solid and concrete proof of her cheating ways, a friend introduced me to an expert named webhubghost (@) gmailcom, I was able to reach out to him on his mail: He got into his phone remotely within a twinkle of an eye and I was able to see all his activities on his phone ranging from text messages, call logs to social media activity. I concluded every man cheats in his own way, and he is only honest who is not discovered. The truly scary thing about undiscovered lies is that they have a greater capacity to diminish us than exposed ones. Knowing is better than self doubt, get in touch with the real deal webhubghost (@) gmailcom and get freed from an abusive relationship. This app works perfectly but you need the help of the real deal with the email above to get loose from the chains of a cheater by getting concrete proof through his expertise Email: WEBHUBGHOST (@) GMAILCOM Text: +19044177214... I was hurt and heart broken when a very big problem occurred in my marriage seven months ago, between me and my wife . so terrible that she took the case to court to file a divorce. She said that she cannot continue to stay with me again, and she said "I don't love you anymore" So she took her things out of the house and made me and my children passed through several emotional pain. I tried all my possible means to get her back, after much begging, but all to no avail. and she confirmed it that she has made her decision, and she never wanted to see me again. So one evening, as i was coming back from work ,i meant an old friend of mine who asked of my wife .So i explained every thing to him, so he told me that the only way i can get my wife back, is to visit a prophet to know what is really behind this issue, because it has really worked for other people too. So i never believed in spell, but i had no other choice than to follow his advice. Then he gave me the Email address of the prophet. prophetehiagwina @gmail .com. So the next morning, i sent a mail to the address he gave to me, and the prophet respond the following day and assured me that i will get my wife back the next day. Hopefully I believed since my friend recommended me to him, ,so we discussed and told me everything that i need to do. Then the next morning, So surprisingly, my wife who didn't call me for the past 7 months, gave me a call to inform me that she was coming back. So Amazing!! So that was how she came back that same day ,with lots of love and joy, and she apologized on her mistake ,and for the pain she caused me and my children. Then from that day ,our relationship was now stronger than how it were before ,by the help of a prophet . So, i will advice you out there if you have any problem contact PROPHET EHIAGWINA, i give you 100% guarantee that he will help you.. I had the same situation. I was in a 5 year relationship with my ex and we had wonderful years and so many happy memories. Unfortunately at the end o the relationship I started to notice a lot of Thing changes with him. I had many suspicions that he was cheating on me . He never admitted to it and that’s the worst part , but he decided to end our relationship saying he didn’t love me anymore and he didn’t want us to ever go back. Now he says he’s trying to move on and I’m sure it’s with the girl he was cheating on me with. I just have that gut feeling. It’s a very tough time for me right now because our anniversary is tomorrow and I can’t stop thinking about our relationship. I’m having a rough time motivating myself .. All accurate. I just got out of an unhealthy, long term relationship. I realized that I could no longer be myself around that person. I was walking on eggshells to keep peace . It was hard to make the decision because after being in a relationship for over 2 years and making plans for the future ,there was a sense of huge loss ... loss of dreams that never came to fruition . And as most relationships that last for long, there is an attachment. I think I knew sooner that it's not going to work but I was too attached and too invested. Love truly is blind. It sometimes takes time to see the red flags even when they're waiving in your face.

Thanks for that, I have just subscribed. Thankfully, I was blessed to be married to my beloved wife for 32 years, she died last year & I am now a widower. I was so blessed, because with retrospection, I was able to see, just how much we helped each other grow to be the best in our lives. The crux in any relationship, is to be authentic 100%. particularly communication, but all things, really. The other thing, is to know thyself & not rely on anyone else to fix you.

Absolutely love it! My wife and I were married for more than 14 years and most of the time it was difficult and stressful! I am a 56 year old man and I was physically abused and assaulted by my wife more than 3 times… Verbal abuse was like walking in the park…most of it in front of our daughter. My wife assaulted my daughter when she was 6 and a half years old. I was waiting for my daughter to be older and now she is 14 and I started working on divorce! Yes, I am not super healthy but even if I have a few good years to live without stress and drama, I will take a chance 😊

What a blessing, Mel, to find your video on the Five Signs appear in my queue. You cite such obvious evidence, yet we all persist in distorting ourselves to fit others' expectations of whom we are supposed to be, what we are supposed to do, and with whom we are supposed to be with. I'm currently in a thirty year marriage and have been struggling with each of these five aspects for decades. Thank you for your insights and fine work. (Also, your production values are exquisite)

If she gave up on you and you know u need to be remorseful for whatever u did or how u were, the question is, are u going to give up on you being better and showing her that? Or because u think she gave up already, are u going to do nothing if u want your woman back? Honestly, if u feel no remorse (not because it's over) and u don't think u need to change for yourself then u should just leave her alone because the only apology/remorse is the consistent changed behavior and that takes time u gotta stay seperated but still talk while u do this to see if u are actually progressing in your new mentality...Im not telling u what to do but I know my ex-spouse is living in delusion because he has committed an unforgivable act against me and he's talking about the future and things as though nothing happened and it's not over smh the man has not even tried to look at videos or any therapy he just what thinks he can do it with his own mind that he has now 🙁 that's why every time he says he's going to change its been 17 years and nothing has changed ...he has no remorse he just want to come back to this house to the family we created but I can't do that he has no remorse and he's not taking the time for therapy for his issues....I have been doing my own therapy by who I listen to online and Im a honest person with myself I didnt know exactly my issues but I know that its not just 1 person in the relationship that makes it the way it is its the combination of the 2 so Im changing not for him or us for me because I probably will not go back it's been 5 months and Im at peace so it probably is over for him unless he does what he's never done before and thats seek help...therapy is free online all u have to do when listening to the messages from authentic doctors and therapist videos on communication, trauma and healing etc is be honest with yourself when u hear things that u know are true about yourself or the way u do things and just take that in and make notes to try and change that...I don't know what u did but because u are commenting and watching this video it tells me u are in pain and u really want your woman...I hope it works out well for the both of u whatever that may be 🤗

The breakthrough came when someone introduced me to this wonderful, great spell caster called Dr Anthony , Who eventually helped me out… I have never been a fan of things like this but just decided to try it because I was desperate and left with no choice… He did the spell for me and things really work out as he promise and my wife have a change of mind and come back home to stay with me and the kids. And promise never to hurt me again. we are living happily together all because of the help of Dr Anthony. If you are in need of help you can contact Dr Anthony for any kinds of spell, like good luck spell and Reading and many more on WhatsApp ‪+2...3..4..8..1..4..3..2..7..9..4..7..8‬, and he's into herbal medicine for any kinds of diseases or virus...

Wow. All of these signs were there. For a decade, maybe. After 36 years and three kids, I saw all of these. Thank you, Mel. This is confirmation that I did the right thing by calling it, telling him my why (we'd already had multiple attempts over the last 20 years trying to 'fix' it, to no avail), by leaving physically (Is already checked out mentally and emotionally anyway) , and by finally filing for divorce. I'm finally beginning to feel like the real me now. I've got "me" back. I'm moving forward and growing more. I'm actually happy, relaxed and excited for the future. Thanks Mel! 🌻❤️

I will just want to share my experience with the entire world on how i got my wife back and saved my marriage… I was married for 5 years with 2 kids and i have been living happily with my family until things started getting ugly with me and my wife that leads us to fights and arguments almost every time… it got worse at a point that my wife filed for divorce… I tried my best to make him change his mind & stay with me cause i loved him with all my heart and didn't want to loose my wife but everything just didn't work out… She moved out of the house and still went ahead to file for divorce… I pleaded and tried everything but still nothing worked.

@@mightyobserver12 I broke up with him and he begged me to not give up on him so I didn’t. He completely changed from that day to this. He has fully committed, moved in with me, cuddles me and talks!!!! He didn’t communicate before and now he talks all the time. I don’t think he had experience with relationships much so I gently guided him through what it was that I needed and he responded really positively. Right now I’m the happiest girl, all because he started making an effort. Sex is mind blowing( but it always was) and now we have all the other aspects of our relationship getting stronger and stronger. He is a cyclist and I went with him a few times and I loved it. The problem was I couldn’t keep up. So he bought me an ebike and now we go together. He said his biggest dream was that we would cycle together. So yes, this whole relationship which I thought had no chance, is working well but I put that down to two people wanting to make it work, really listening to eachother and making the effort to change what is not good. I’m falling in love with this guy 🤷🏼‍♀️

yes, I can say that it has been a while since I started feeling emotionally drained after having constant episodes of questioning (how to communicate). It felt like everything I was gonna say would end up as a misunderstanding so I closed and isolated myself for some time. I felt like it was the n2 and the n4. When at first you both put a lot of effort into smth and then you end up seeing that you are doing more than the person you are with that is when the pain and realization hits. And when it does hit you change the way you treat them.

Thank you very much for this smart video. Highly appreciated your input. It is so easy to justify reasons you should stay in a relationship and not say goodbye. But everything ends in life. You are lucky if a relationship lasts until one or both of you pass away. Generally, however, there comes a time when you need to let go of a relationship because it isn’t working for you anymore and it isn’t making you happy. It’s essential to move on and end a relationship that is no longer serving you or making your soul happy. Recognize red flags, accept that you deserve better, and let go of your current partner and the relationship. It takes time to move on, but let yourself feel and grieve and just be. Remember that you are enough. You deserve love. And the right person is out there for you.

Best professional insight I ever received was this: “Well, yes, Sounds like the words he’s saying to you are true. Talking DOES Take up a lot of time and energy. “Talking it out” Is indeed a phrase that is overused and sometimes overrated. Most of the time, talking actually doesnt ‘solve’ any problems......but, if you CAN’T or DON’T talk about the problems, there’s a far, far greater problem at hand that virtually never has a positive outcome.”

My husband also tried to use this coronavirus outbreak as a means to get back to me but I’m not stupid to allow someone so toxic back into my life, I’m finally going through divorce with a lot of evidence against him. i read all deleted and chat on Whatsapp,Facebook,Instagram and GPS location of his phone at all times, you can contact the great hacker via Gmail (darkwebprohack) or text and speak to him directly on the phone and WhatsApp +16614855860 and I hope you will fund the peace with your heart after finding the truth just like myself.
