I love how all the judges are ignoring the SovCit junk lol
@OhGawdHesGotAGun3 күн бұрын
The cultspeak of sov-cits is so unnecessarily complex, it's got this structure like it should matter. The amount of time these poor, gullible fools spend rehearsing it, how do they not do research about its effectiveness before humiliating themselves? Just get a lawyer, it's simple. Or study law. I think some of these consanguineous folks from the "hills" just want to be seen talking tough to a judge. Catharsis. But the one thing that makes me dislike them, as entertaining as they are - they're so arrogant. Right away you can tell it's an ego thing. Jurisdiction, injured party, etc, it's "all-caps-name" hilarious.
@PitifulDelay2 күн бұрын
@@OhGawdHesGotAGun "All caps name" and the paper entity vs the living person is the closest they have to any kind of valid point (not argument). I've helped a young lady whose mother was ... less than stellar. When she gave her daughter the ultimatum to deal with her nonsense or get out, mother didn't expect daughter to get out. One of the ways in which she'd harmed her daughter was never having obtained a state ID for her or provided her with her vital documents. The only saving grace was that the daughter had her SS card in her wallet. If you don't have a copy of those documents, you don't exist. Even with her SS card, she couldn't obtain a copy of her BC without ID. Without the BC, you can't just get an ID. Without ID, you can't get enrolled in anything that the state accepts as proof of residence. It's a difficult cycle of needing to prove who you are in order to get the documents that prove who you are. Thankfully, there was a program through the DMV that allowed her to provide them with the information on her vital documents, that they then did their own records checks to make sure that the information is correct, and they were able to issue her a state ID. And the letter they sent her acknowledging that she's filled out this paperwork gave her an approved proof of address. I'm thankful for that process. The state she was born in allowed for other people to request a copy of a BC and my husband did that. Unfortunately, their register of deeds office is so backed up that it's nearly a year later and she still hasn't received it. Though they did call recently to confirm some information from her to allow them to send it. If the DMV didn't have that program, she would still be a legal non-entity. Unable to get a job, open a bank account, enroll in higher education, or even think about trying to find a place of her own.

@TheUluxian actually, he left me The reality is the abuse was so covert but extreme that it turned into a Stockholm syndrome hostage situation where I was convinced he was the victim of circumstance and that I had to fight to protect him I ended up committing myself into a psych ward and his left and took our children and held them hostage from me and then used them to continue to abuse me to the point that now my kids are the hostages. Soon after our oldest turned 18 he actually threw him out back in a tent during the deadly Texas summer heat knowing his heart murmur and high heat can kill him and then when things cooled down he stuck him on a Greyhound bus headed to me and my wiped his hands clean, and that's when I learned just how bad things were as he alienated the kids from me so they wouldn't dare go for help I know this sounds like I'm just. A bitter ex trying to make him look bad but the reality is that it took me years of treatment to finally realize just what's going on and sadly due to the complexity of the case attorneys want $7000 or more retainers before they will even touch it The financial abuse was just a tiny bit of the equation and all along I truly believed I was the problem I am in a much healthier relationship now, my oldest just turned 20, the abuse, parentification and isolation he endured has left him as a non-functioning autistic somewhere between an 8 yr old to 12 yr old mentally with extreme depression and absolutely no ability to self regulate emotions or do regular self care without constant reminders and before my ex left with the kids he had a superior fluid reasoning IQ (ability to figure things out) was a great student and had a bright future but trauma really can guck up a brains development
