i was pulled into court over two felony charges (subsequently dropped before going to trial) and had to show up IN PERSON twice, as well as spending a weekend in county during the pandemic to handle the shit show. thankfully not only did the courts find errors in the policing, harassment against me via the states main witness, but they also ordered said person to pay my legal fees of $10,000 for the attorneys hired. my attorneys filed what is most known as a restraining order (peace order in my state) that was also granted that day. i could go further and pursue harassment charges against the person in question but honestly i just don't have the time. the peace order was granted for three years and they've been ordered to pay the $10,000 in restitution for legal fees. hard way for them to learn a lesson. not sure if the SA's office is pursuing perjury charges or not. as an attorney i'll give you the simplest breakdown possible, i'm ineligible to own a firearm due to a 2007 telephone misuse call (convicted of a crime that could of netted over 2 years in jail.) my wife however owns dozens of firearms. she keeps them all locked in gun safes which i do not have access to and before moving in together even had the township police come and inspect the storage of said firearms. the judge quickly realized that there is nothing more that i could do other than divorce my wife (which is a violation of my actual constitutional rights to life & pursuit of happiness.) and that my wife had done everything required by law to fit the established standards. in no way can they strip her actual constitutional right to the second amendment. i feel it's idiots like the ones you expose here that make it that much more stressful to walk into a courthouse and clear matters like these up.

@@LawTalkWithMike thanks mate, it's not only the time they waste and anger they inject into court officials, but even the police departments. i'm sure you've seen the age old video "never talk to the police." an most likely would advise any client to just shut up lol. but i've even noticed that people who actually keep their mouths shut, deny consent to searches, etc. are starting to catch flak from these morons on the roadways. i own 3 tow trucks and am on the list with a little over half a dozen departments for accidents, arrests, stolen property, evidence, etc. prior to starting out on my own i spent 10 years starting as a driver and eventually moving up to GM of the company. i can remember back in 2008-2009 even say a DUI arrest was 95% of the time a laid back affair without tempers flaring, police or suspect. now it's to the point that half the time at least one person is pissed off at every accident scene, let alone an arrest. in my state the police department calls for a wrecker immediately and we're usually on scene prior to medical leaving or prior to the arrestee leaving the scene via squad car. this is great as it allows us to provide business cards to everyone and expedite the return of their property. i just wish it was as laid back as it once was without all of the hot headedness. the only time emotions were ever an issue in the past were fatal incidents or bad accidents involving children/helicopters. i wasn't interested in or even realized these idiots existed until mid 2019. there is a VICE series called "hate thy neighbor" which one episode covers the sovereign citizen movement, have you seen it? if not i HIGHLY recommend it, as well as the rest of the series.

If I ever visited the USA as a tourist would I not automatically come under the laws and jurisdiction of the legal system of the USA and what State I happen to be in at the time. I would think that my physical presence in that place would be understood as coming under the laws (criminal and traffic) that applied.

Sovereign Citizenism is the belief that law works the same way that magic works in Harry Potter. If you know the correct formulation of words, then you can basically get whatever you want. Fascinating.

One good thing about being sovereign citizen these days with Zoom hearings, it's hard to enforce contempt of court.

we've been using Microsoft Teams here in NY for video conferences. I've even done a trial over Microsoft Teams.

That’s a great name for a law firm. The law firm of “Duress, Threats, and Coercion”!

"I'd like some more personal time." Pretty sure, again, every defendant would like more personal time...

I love how Jaso is talking and the baby is whining in the background as if its translating daddys nonsense.😂😂

I see that the paperwork he bought has, in large, bold letters: "Rule One: Never Clearly Answer Any Direct Question." Well, to be fair I'm pretty sure they all have that.

"Under threats and duress " are good words coming from sovereign citizens. Thatvmeans they are about to cooperate.

He did NOT request time to find an attorney. He clearly said we wanted the time to "Get things in order" and "File some motions." This moron is not going to get an attorney. Is there any possible doubt about that?

The defendant said "reprimand the bond". Shouldn't he be declared mentally unfit to represent himself?

The response from the judge every time a sovcit asserts something insane should just be “No.” “That would be illegal and a violation of your oath.” “No.”

He’s here under duress by a court that doesn’t have jurisdiction over you? Just don’t show up and that will prove who has or doesn’t have jurisdiction.
@jamesplymire53422 жыл бұрын
Yes, the court will prove jurisdiction by sending the police to get him for a warrant. 😆

Good one! I believe Ms Teske was turning her head to cover the fact that she was cracking up at “John’s” statement. I’m certain that his now former attorney is going to do a happy dance off camera.
