@@ronfullerton3162 I'd guess it's an all-purpose SovCit checklist for how to get a case dismissed. Say you're a flesh-and-blood man, a real man; challenge jurisdiction; demand who the injured party is, because if there's no injured party, the action has to be dropped. This guy doesn't even understand the items in the checklist; he's just reading the script. I'm wondering if he'll reach the awareness that he can't possibly win this by himself, before the trial starts. Could a merciful judge let him go back to having counsel, or has that ship sailed?

I see you look for the subtle "power moves" also. I think that's in their "guidebook" also. I've noticed that they're usually walking/moving around, or looking down at the camera.

This trio, judge, prosecutor and defense attorney should handle all sovcits! The very best part for me is Brenner and Molaro's response. Facial expressions of Brenner are priceless and poor Molaro just keeps shaking his head like seriously buddy you sound like an idiot.

Mike, I'd love to see that trial. It's only one day. It has to be fun; more fun than Blandino, right? 😉

According to Jimmy vs Billy US 18 from the grand jury indictment you are allowed to ask for name and badge number and drive without a license. If the officer doesn't comply you are allowed to take the 5th commandment.

He should not ask who the injured party is. The answer is your children! Just because you are a father doesn't mean you are a man. Being a daddy makes you a man.

When the Judge asked if he went to law school, if he graduated college, I thought he was going to say, No, but I slept at a Holiday Inn last night!

He tried to say something else about studying, but it was mumbled and I think the judge just wanted to move on.

The judge ignored three Afterdavids of Troof, and didn't recuse herself, so that's an automatic execution for treason and indecent assault of a gold fringed flag. This is unacceptable.
