I'm pretty certain that the "claims" she doesn't want to file involve monetary fines she expects to be paid because charges have been made against her and the judge dismissed her "paperwork" motions. Her next step will be to place liens on the property of the judge, prosecutor, court clerk, complainants, and anyone else she can. Even after she's convicted, those liens are going to cause all sorts of problems for those persons until/unless they can be nipped in the bud.

I know you laugh, but I have to admit that on the the 3rd and 4th "motion". for the first time ever, the Judge actually addressed the motion with an excellent clear and concise reason why the motions were denied in simple understandable language. Most Judges just say "denied" and then move on. This time he actually explained why it was denied in terms that even I, a lay person could understand. I'm really giving th Jusge extra points for doing that. It made a rebuttal almost impossible.

Mark Bailey, I agree wholeheartedly. I do not think other judges are wrong nessasarly for simply denying "Notices",... I mean motions, as they are usually pressed for time with large call rosters. However, his affording an astute and easily understood explanation for each denial, speaks to his character as a judge, and his want to serve the individual as well as justice. Yet, his explanations could also be viewed as a tactical play as well. As once he provided explanations, how can anyone conjure an intelligible retort to his assertions and opinion on the matter(s). He actually saved time, by giving the explanations as to the W⁵+H (Who, What, When, Where, Why + How). He basically slammed the door (Nicely) on any future commentary on the matters, without outwardly demeaning her intellect or understanding of the information and its context. I, as I am sure others as well, will be waiting to see more from His Honor. Nicely done all the way around.
