I think if I were a judge and someone challenged my jurisdiction I'd immediately cite him for contempt of court and have him taken out. This is not just frivolous, it's demeaning and insulting.

The day the courts accepted that a person can be something other than a man or a woman, they opened the floodgates for this BS. We had a guy who said he was batman. The judge had to accept it because the higher courts had opened the gate to a lawsuit for discriminating against "Batman" but allowing "Catwoman." SCOTUS would have either banned everything other than the usual or allowed everything in the door. It's all BS, but here we are.

@@andrewvelonis5940that’s not true, they actually think it’ll work, they think there on the top of the world. I read a article of a sovereign citizen trying to take a randoms lady dream house she just saved her life savings for. By sending her letters saying to give him her house. Probably saying “give me thy house lady for I am ruler of nations because I’m moorish and I am so oppressed. White supremacy, blah blah blah.” He was saying he was oppressed when he literally made that ladies life a living hell. Then he snuck inside and changed the lock then the lady called the cops and he went to jail. Yeah those people are crazy in the head, I know it’s insane they think the judge would by it

We have watched this fool waste much time of this judge's court time with no forward motion of the case. And we now have people from the peanut gallery making snide comments with no apparent disaplinary results. As a citizen watching this, are we out of line to think that the judge has lost control of this situation? What does it take for a contempt of court charge to be issued in that court? This defendent has ignored direction after direction from the judge with total immunity.

@sayhoman
@sayhoman 2 жыл бұрын
Just in case there are any sovereign citizens reading this comment, let me explain to you what "[lack of] jurisdiction can be challeneged at any time" actually means. Usually, in a (civil) lawsuit, a motion to dismiss can be argued based on one of several grounds. In a federal court, and in many state courts, it's called a Rule 12(b) motion. Jurisdictional (subject matter jurisdiction, and personal jurisdiction) challenges are one of several from which a case may be dismissed. However, unlike a jurisdictional challenge, other grounds for dismissal are waived if you don't challenge it in the first place on a trial court level. So, when the court says that a jurisdiction may be challenged *at any time*, it doesn't mean that you can challenge the jurisdiction 24/7, or without any legal basis supporting your argument. It just means that a proper jurisdictional challenege can be argued before trial, during trial, after trial, and even if the case goes to the appellate court. FYI, subject matter jurisdiction means what sort of cases the courts are authorized to hear. For example, if the law says some court can only hear cases involving lawsuits for $100 or more, a lawsuit that calls for $50 would lack subject matter jurisdiction. Also, a civil court would not have a subject matter jurisdiction over a criminal case. On the other hand, a personal jurisdiction means the authority of the court to exercise its power over a person or a things within its borders. In short, it means that anything/any person/any corporation/any individual "man" (as you guys like to identify yourselves) within the court's boundaries are subject to that court's jurisdiction. As an example, a county court would have jurisdiction over anything/anyone within that county. A state court would have jurisdiction over anything/anyone within the state. Now, there certainly are some exceptions to the law as I summarized for you above, but, from what I've seen from MANY sovereign citizen cases, none of them apply to you guys. 😉

I looked up board vs Schware. - Long story short, Mr. Schware had been arrested a couple times but never charged or convicted. - About 10 years later the Board in his state blocked him from taking the bar exam for being of "poor character." - The Supreme Court decided (paraphrase) the practice of law cannot be denied to someone who was NEVER CONVICTED of a crime. - This defendant didn't take 1 sentence out of context. He took HALF a sentence out of context. He either did not know what he was talking about OR he did and he deliberately tried to deceive the judge. Sounds like contempt to me.

All these people saying they are not American citizens...I have one question/clarification I would like to mention/ask. If I go to France, and I break the law in France, as an American citizen, I am still responsible for any French laws I break, and would be held accountable for any repercussions of that. So, even if he claims to not be an American citizen, he still broke the law on US soil. How is it that the judge or the prosecution never raises that point? I know some Moors claim to be ambassadors, which they think gives them immunity, but I don't hear that brought up in every case.

I had several positions in my life in which I spent many hours in court. In the Montgomery County (Maryland) District Court, I served as a Bailiff. This was quite any eye-opening experience. Despite some of the crazy things I saw, mostly from people who did not understand the law, I never saw anything this extreme. Interrupting the judge is a definite no-no, putting it mildly. He did this repeatedly. I have seen the mallet hit the bar many times when people did this, not to mention the bad law he is spouting. As a bailiff, I carried Smith and & Wesson handcuffs. They did not go unused. "I'm not a gentleman, I'm a NOBLEMAN!" LOLOLOL

I'd like to see these judges hold them in contempt, until they're willing to cooperate. Their legalise gets them special treatment. If a normal citizen tried crap like this, we'd get two minutes to stop it and away we'd go.

He admitted at the very end of the video he was not a US citizen. If I was the judge at that point I would have arrested him for being an illegal alien, called ICE and have him returned under a judges order to Timbuktu. Problem solved.
