"I'm not driving, I'm traveling." They're using an old 19th century definition of "driving" from Black's Law Dictionary that was written before automobiles became a mainstream method of personal transportation. It refers to driving locomotives, stagecoaches, wagons, cattle, team of horses, etc. All of which were normally commercial activities at the time. Sovcits don't seem to understand that languages, words, their uses, and laws change overtime as society and technology change. Pretty basic linguistic concept.

If US Constitution is anything like Swiss Constitution, and I guess it is because we more or less copied it, still nowadays, traveling is a constitutional right as in freedom of movement, which means you cannot be prevented to go wherever you want. It's also the same principle that applies to not being jailed or home arrested without a cause. Doesn't mean you are allowed to travel by car. Just found your channel, Mike. Great stuff! I’m hooked (and subscribed). You asked for comments comparing Herbert and Artichoke Boy’s screams. They each have their own merits: Herbert is a true soprano,, whose wordless screams were a mix of Clare Torrey’s vocals on Pink Floyd’s Great Gig in the Sky and Chris Tucker’s screaming in The Fifth Element - highly emotional and hilarious. Artichoke Boy is more of a mezzo soprano, whose rendition of that SovCit favorite “I Haven’t Done Anything! What Did I Do?” is made all the more poignant by his previous 15 minutes of tough talk from behind the window.

He wants to pretend this is the first he's hearing of this lol. Imagine adopting a way of thinking that has zero ability to translate into the real world. I think it's more like he's well aware of how things normally work, but for some reason sovcits think there's basically like a cheat code that if activated properly will magically absolve you of any responsibility. It's really fucking dumb lol and it's hilarious when they're surprised it doesn't work. It's soooooo awkward!!!! He is desperately trying to get back on his "non-commercial" script, and there is no way to do that. He is struggling so hard. He is in over his head. Look at his eyes! He is panicking and the bewilderment when his nonsense doesn't work is priceless.

“Are you threatening me?” X 100. Then screams like a little girl. 😂

The officer already told you that you where driving for personal business. Love this officer, she is simply asking him to explain how he came to the conclusion he has come to. Don't worry Adams, you are, using your script, as the officer says, you are working hard to make a simple violation into a criminal act.

People old enough to know what a broken record sounds like know how annoying it is to hear the sounds skip back and play the same thing over and over.

The comedy scream and follow up off screen generic "I'm melting!" scream wins it for me. But I have heard Herbert's scream so many times it has probably desensitized me to it.

This cop is so clear, so non-confrontation, so sharp in cutting through the bullsh*t

Artichoke Man’s scream is definitely the winner 🏅 for embarrassing screams! I must say, however, he was polite in his own strange way. 🤷♀️

I also enjoyed when Artichoke Man asked the officer, "are you refusing to identify yourself?" Not a hint of irony either.

Tell them commerce applies to a CDL and the A,C or M class is required for non commercial traveling !

All that confidence, assertiveness, macho-ism... even my little niece never screamed like that to leave the playground.

He reminds me of some of the "functioning addicts" I've come across. They get this weird socially awkward nervous behavior. You can't tell if they are high or sober, but they act real goofy.

Or maybe it's the fact there's armed and dangerous thugs trying to shake me down.

@@adamstarr7506 Or that's just the police doing their job, which is what most mentally stable people recognize.
