As a non sovereign citizen of the United States, I have never extended this much courtesy in a traffic stop. I abide by the orders given to me even though I haven't always agreed to the infraction they said I committed. They step up to the car, ask me for license, insurance and registration. I ask what I did wrong, they repeat license, insurance and registration. I give it them, receive my citation and be on my way in 5 minutes. They have to much patience with these people..

Just FYI, my degree is in speech-language pathology.
