My aunt used to do this all the time. She loved to drive recklessly and running people off the road. She made it a game. One day she did that to a guy in a pickup truck. She got right on his bumper, turned on her high beams, and laid on her horn, laughing. He slammed on his brakes and got out of the car with a rifle because he had his newborn in the back seat. She learned real quick that it was not that funny anymore. I would never understand why people do that sort of thing.

@@snowysnowyriver It's not allowed in the sense it has never been persuasive. The judges always want to make sure every possible opportunity is given to a defendant in these situations for many reasons, among them is to prevent a convicted defendant from raising due process issues on appeal - it actually saves a ton of time and money in the long run by being so patient up-front. We (US citizens) have made a decision to allow this kind of latitude to make doubly sure a citizen's rights are protected - remember, in US law, a defendant must be presumed innocent. I believe UK law does not have that presumption - but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Making sure you have uninsured/under insured motorist coverage on your policy is the only thing that can really save you. It doubles your policy limits. I was hit by under insured motorists twice. Both were devastating to my health and ultimately left me permanently disabled. Without that coverage we would have lost everything. It covers your vehicle even if you don't have full coverage.

Our right to bear arms is *NOT* to be infringed upon, _PERIOD!_ That includes not being required to have a permit/license to carry concealed guns! He’s so entrenched in himself and the rights he gives himself and NO ONE else, he hasn’t learned. As he stews in jail he will come out angrier and next time he will shoot someone. He’s not understanding what’s been given to him as a gift. He will learn the hard way and more people will suffer because of his selfishness.

Even if the plaintiff slammed his brakes, wouldn't the defendant be guilty of following too closely. In NY when you rear end a vehicle the person who rear ended you is always guilty.

Nope. It's a harder slog if you rear end someone, but it's not 100%. If you break check or swerve in front, you can be found at fault.

Note to Moors and Sovcits in general… there are lots of law abiding citizens that legally possess and carry firearms. Some even train, quite often, as a hobby, or to safeguard against situations like this. I drive very carefully to avoid any possibility of angering someone else, because I carry a gun. But don’t think, for a second, that I hesitate to defend my life, my family from people that do not think the laws apply to them. The Judge said it himself, people who fear for their lives are legally justified to protect themselves.

Those could be perscription just with a tint. He is not playing poker, there is no point in seeing his eyes. If he wants to look like a fool why stop him. Lots and lots of other things to hold him in contempt for. I think if they declare themselves non citizens, and they have committed a crime they should be set for deportation as soon as they finish their jail term. If you cannot find a country to take them then I guess they sit in a camp somewhere until their citizenship is confirmed and they pay the fine for lying to court if they decide they are american citizens.

I think he gave him WAY too light a sentence. The only thing that saved the bacon was the Felony Firearms enhancement, which added 2 years on to the sentence which the judge lowballed at 12 months. Giving this waste of human DNA credit for showing up to court seems incredibly generous for what is, at least IMO a very dangerous individual who showed absolutely NO remorse.
