This is dangerous, and needs to be dealt with accordingly by Judges. Sov cits want to be American without obeying laws, or paying into the system, but when someone trespasses on them, they will use 911, medical, fire, and insurance for self preservation and compensation.

Its a very simple solution too. Its called extra jail time and a minimum fine of 5000 dollars for wasting court time and recourses. Judges have the power to do that but receive backlash when they do. Its a no win situation

Many folks feel this way and as this movement grows it’s going to come to a head. These cases will eventually clog up the court dockets if they haven’t already. Half them don’t have a pot to piss in. There’s going to be a time one of these fools do some major damage to someone’s car and possibly worse yet humongous medical bills incurred these uninsured fools won’t be accountable for. Let’s see them dig into these “trusts” I’ve heard more than one mention. That trust going to be bare boned.

If they don’t identify as who they are, then they should be treated as absent of the court and they should just be thrown back in jail!!

This is what scares the hell out of me: I would not put it past McConico to lower this scumbag's bond after Uncle Phil puts together an argument that is so sickening, a competent judge would toss it. But, we all know how things tend to go in 36D.

Notice he never once said "I never did that!" Just a bunch of gobbledygook about why he thinks they can't prosecute him for doing it. I want to know why the godmother of the child isn't in jail too. If it were my child she took she would still be in the coma...
