Consistency and patience, be as cool as you can, like Azzi!

A healthy Azzi can make a difference as to whether UConn can be in the final four and possible in the final game. She can take so much pressure off Paige, Sarah and the rest of the team.

I beg to differ. Ashlyn proved to us in the Iowa State game that once she carches fire, she can be just as much of a 3rd scoring option threat as a healthy Azzi would be. The only problem is consistency.
@Cocogirl44Ай бұрын
@@jentigilai5833no one is saying that Ashlynn can’t be a huge contributor. I think it’s just acknowledging that Azzis ceiling is higher than Ashlynn’s ceiling, and Ashlynn’s inconsistency needs to improve so we can rely on her in big games. Overall, both amazing players though and our odds of making the championship are much greater if we have both at their best

Hope Azzi can come back real soon

The wisdom he talks about can only be remembers by the players as well the fans including the media then we will all participate and watch the games in a different attitude. GO UCONN LADIES!!!

Why do basketball writers never ask anything concrete and tactical about basketball? The questions never have any substance.
@theuconndailyАй бұрын
What would you like them to ask? Why fans don't understand that the media are doing their jobs and are writing about certain things when they ask questions?
@davidlipset7464Ай бұрын
@ No questions about feelings, meanings or legacy. How about questioning Coach about how to fix the problems exposed in South Bend? Or about the specific challenges created by the SC team and the specific weaknesses that should try to be exposed. I recognize that writers are trying to o do a job, I just think that they do it a lazy way lacking preparation.

Uconn has talent, w/o Azzi and i believe they will be in final four. Then its match-up. Need consistency from Shad. KK to shoot better. ICE to get the lead out, work harder. This includes rebounding. Last is athleticism. Uconn is not an athletic team. Athletic teams that can shoot......bad match
@jentigilai5833Ай бұрын
Agreed regarding athleticism. The match up against South Carolina comes to mind in that respect..

Paige has dragges three mediocre teams to the FF, Azzi isnt even in the equation
@AnthonyTomassi-y6jАй бұрын
yeah your right about Paige but a healthy Azzi could be the difference of actually winning one. If you watched any games you might have noticed she made a huge difference this year.
@johnklein6040Ай бұрын
You are right about what Paige has accomplished, She's my favorite player. but Azzi pulled the wagon in the NC State double overtime game for a while Until Paige took over at the end, I watched it a month ago and notice that. I do believe though, as a whole Azzi has underproduced for her perceived talents.
