Over the years, I've tried different methods for preparing the Turkey. I've tried brining the turkey, which made it juicy. My favorite method is to use Tony's Chacheries injection and season the outside with my rotisserie seasoning. The turkey turns out moist and flavorful. I want to try your recipe for the mashed potatoes. I liked that you use garlic 🧄 in your mashed potatoes. This year, I'll make garlic mashed potatoes.
