Ingredients:
1. Soy based sauce:
* 3 cups of water (2 cups of water OK depending on how strong you would like the sauce to be)
* 1 cup of soy sauce
* 1/2 chopped onion
* green onion
* 1/3 cup (80ml) corn syrup/sugar (brown or organic sugar)/cooking wine
* 1 tbsp tuna sauce (optional)
* 3 thin pieces of ginger
Cook for 10 min over high medium heat, then cool it down
2. Slice lemon, onion, and pepper (jalapeno)- used as toppings
3. Cut Salmon 0.5cm thickness
4. Spread toppings (lemon, onion, and peppers).
5. Strain the sauce (1)
6. Pour sauce onto salmon
7. Keep salmon to marinate in the fridge, may start consuming salmon in 3 hrs
8. May serve with rice, sprouts or green salad
9. Enjoy :)
