Hello, I found your comment just before I go to the bad. The salmon I used in this video was just fresh, raw nomal salmon. I don't know what Costco salmon look like, but, yes, I think so. 😉

My mother also likes salmon skin. In Japan salmon is sold without scales. But my filet has scales on. First of all, I tried to remove the scales and filming, but it was not easy from a small filet, it seems the filet would get damaged. So I gave up and removed the whoke skin.
