The two occasions you allow it to rise that is, the soya bean bread you didn't specify the amount time to be allowed rise.

Not necessarily. Some people are looking for a way to use up the leftover pulp from soy milk. The pulp still has a lot of nutrition and often times it gets thrown away.

Agree from folks, deep fried.. is not a healthy food. Learned something from this. There’s a little annoyed from the lousy music.

i think adding the normal flour to it makes it less healthy anyway , at least it adds carbs back intoo the bread , i'm trying to lessen my carbs intake

@@maryt.9983 recently tried sumting different , i put 4 tablesppons of soja flower , 2 tablesppons of almond flower , 4 tablespoons milk 3 or 4 big egs and a teaspoon salt in a mixing bowl and stir it up untill the lumps are gone in it the end result is looking like pancake batter and can be used as such too (taste great with fruit from a can ) but i put the batter in 4 silicone cupcake moulds with pieces of chicken meat or bacon sumtimes some precut wok veggies and a sliver of butter (to keep the finished product a little less dry the next day) and put it inside an airfryer with the thermo set at about 210 c and the timer at eeehr well all the way (test it out i still kinda darken the tops a little too mush ) the cupcakes look and taste like bread its a little less fluffy and it hits the spot , one cupcake with the meat inside is about as filling as 2 slices of whitebread , it has hardly any carbs is cheap eazy to bake , and i can take them to work with me (pancakes are harder to keep together )
