VERY nice machine. I've only got about 200 questions for you. :) Spindle make/model? I like the Z axis configuration - very clean design. Why the massive block of steel between the frame and the Y axis rails? I've updated my enclosure to version 2.0 - will have to share the CAD files with you.

In fact your youtube channel was a lot of inspiration. It was like a blueprint. The spindle is a crappy chinese one. I ordered a technomotor 2 kw, too. I can share sw cad if you like.
