(SP05 EP06) I-210 East, Foothill Freeway

This is a run along I-210 East, the Foothill Freeway, from San Fernando to Pasadena. It starts after merging from CA 118 East in San Fernando and ends at the CA 134 junction in Pasadena.

Did you ever cover east of Arcadia? CA 210 in San Bernardino County is pretty cool (like the I-15 or I-215 interchange). Some other suggestions: CA 173 and the closed section CA 39 and the Bridge to Nowhere CA 99 from I-5 to CA 65 CA 91 from Anaheim to Riverside CA 78 freeway CA 23 from CA 118 to US 101 CA 14 from I-5 to Lancaster CA 57 clinch San Diego area: CA 163 clinch Kearny Villa Road freeway I-8 (San Diego) and In-Ko-Pah CA 52 clinch I'll admit, Los Angeles has more interesting freeways than San Diego, and a larger area (you can probably head from San Diego to Bakersfield via I-5 and still have heavy traffic).

No, I haven't hit anything east of that. I'm missing CA 57 North of Diamond Bar and the CA 60 duplex, and I wanted to cover CA 14 after the Grapevine but ran out of time. If I return to Southern California, I'll see what I can get for sure.

Yeah the CA 210 east of the 57 is cool, especially where you get to see Mt Baldy and Cucamonga Peak from the Baseline exit.

I use PowerPoint to replicate the signs as best as possible. Lately, I have been using cropped still images when the sign gantry has multiple signs, mainly to save space on my editing timeline.

Jim once said that you can take one piece of road and get several perspectives on it so it doesn't matter if it's been "done" before. I'm sure at one point we all have overlapped a few times. Every video & perspective is different & that's what makes our hobby great!!
