That was really a dirty, dirty rug. Great cleaning! Excellent brush scrubbing! I prefer your metal Protima scraper over the big bulky one. I'm still a fan!! 🤍❤🤍❤🤍

I don’t think this rug or the many, many others just as dirty have come from private homes. I suspect they are from some disaster area, and may even be from a destroyed store. Maybe someplace in Ukraine. But watching them be cleaned is fascinating and impressive. No one expect folks totally lost to addiction would have carpets this filthy.

So often when watching, I think look at all that dirt from that rug. This was one of those times so it was a shock to see the colour change after the blue brightening agent had been put down. Wow! You must have a pick up and drop off service for these very dirty heavy rugs. I cannot see anyone wanting to pick it up and place in their vehicle to bring to you. Another satisfied customer got that rug back!
