Yes, we are a carpet laundry and we've seen many things :) Muddy rugs is normal for us :)

I know the manual scrubbing is more difficult to do than the machine but I sure appreciate it when you do it because it is the best part for me 😊

So often when watching, I think look at all that dirt from that rug. This was one of those times so it was a shock to see the colour change after the blue brightening agent had been put down. Wow! You must have a pick up and drop off service for these very dirty heavy rugs. I cannot see anyone wanting to pick it up and place in their vehicle to bring to you. Another satisfied customer got that rug back!
