This gun has earned you another subscriber, it's one of the best shooting guns that most people don't know about. They're built like tanks. I have a IMI baby eagle, which is a rebranded Jericho 941, it's one of my favorite handguns.

I grew up shooting my dad’s “baby eagle” before I even knew what anime was. When I saw it in Cowboy Bebop, it just made it that much cooler to me. Phenomenal pistol 🙌

Yep, agreed. Unfortunately the railed version is the only one in current production. Hard to find the version without the rail in decent condition.

I like to think spike wouldn’t mind the upgrade and being able to see in the dark, the gun is still 99.8% show accurate, plenty close enough!

@@pharaongaming8617 yes some of the early models of the 941 came with 41ae recoil spring barrel and mags and 9mm recoil spring barrel and mags hard to find the with all the parts after 41ae became dead caliber

I love my 941 r. Best handgun i have ever fired. It out classes everything. I recocommend houge grips, i went a bit above and beyond and polished the guide rod to make it silver like spikes 😂

the company that makes them offers rubber or g10, and a variety of thickness and texture options. I went g10, medium thickness and texture on mine and it's fine, should have gone for the most aggressive texture and thickness since they are on the thin side, but serviceable

How do the grips feel? Just got a jericho and found these grips but was worried I wouldn't like them, what finish did you get?

They are quality G10 so they feel well made. LOK is one of the best grip panel manufacturers out there. I got solid black, smooth since they look most like Spike’s. In the notes I requested as solid black as possible, as few visible grain/lines as possible. Not sure it did anything, but I’m happy with what I got. Since they are smooth they have no grippiness to them, so while they are well made they are mostly for show. Hopefully that helps.

Has anyone by any chance heard of any issues with the older 45acp models? Mine is an older model that I bought used. It has desert eagle pistol etched on the side, a slide safety/decocker, and no rail. I keep having around 1 to 2 failures to feed each magazine. Round gets caught on the feed ramp every time (no stovepipes). I've used fmj and two different kinds of hollowpoints. They all had the same issues. I bought three new magazines (not pro-mag), and a new iwi recoil spring (comes with a small and big spring). I've also made sure to keep it clean and lubricated. Still have the same issues. Do I need a stronger recoil spring? Maybe polish the feed ramp? Just wondering if anyone else has had these same issues.

Is that the music from the anime? It’s awful. I don’t know anything about anime. Just ordered one of these but mine has the frame mounted non ambi safety, not the ambi slide safety like this one. After I ordered it I ran across an article that mentioned it’s pop culture place in anime. Maybe I’ll cancel my order…? Just kidding.

Oh, the music is terrible. It’s just the only “trending” music from the anime so I used it when experimenting with shorts. The anime itself is great, you should give the first episode a try 🤷‍♂️

But I will give this a try. The music is good, anyway. Got a 16 year old grand niece in the Philippines who loves this series.
