yep, thats what science does, as we get more information and the evidence leads to a collective conclusion, it SHOULD change. thats what science is, the difference between science and religion, religion starts with a conclusion then will try and make facts fit that, science doesnt care about the conclusion, it goes wherever the fact take it

Are there pockets of air or wind in space, why is it that there is wind on earth and neptune but not on earth's moon?

Space is a vacuum, so no pockets. And the moon has no atmosphere , so no weather conditions.

I think it depends on the amount of gravity (mass) and if the planet or moon has magnetosphere protection. I'm no expert by any means though.
