Space Engineers too easy? Here’s the fix.

How do you make Space Engineers super hard? We had to investigate this to balance our survival series against the weapons and shields mods we added.

Also if you have not checked it out but the Fancy Status Displays v2 (FSD v2) is a Mod you may enjoy. It can be used to make some really cool cockpit displays and like a Damage Control Engineering Room. Showing you a icon based reflection of what parts are full, at capacity, broken. It gives me some real Star Trek vibes of being able to go to an LSD and see what cargo containers are full and how full they are, or what thrusters are broken etc... It is nice. Thought I might share as I think you might like something like that.

This was very informative. I added AQD to my play through and already had MES added. I am having a hard time trying to locate ores. I put on Imber, Cult, and Assert. I had to mole it up and go underground cause I cant find Magnesium to defend myself. This video should help figure out how to find that ore, I need to get some sort of large grid Ore Detector and be able to fly it around without it getting shot down. LOL. Thanks for the great content!

Thank you. AQD ores does present a very big challenge with prospecting, but with surface markings it’s not impossible. Look for discolouration on the surface above ore patches. I’ll also be covering an ore detector mod in the next video.

Very cool. I have been thinking I wanted a bit more danger/urgency in my Space Engineers. I'm still in my first world, but I've definitely gotten far enough that there's not much I *need* to do.
