I can't seem to find it, I might be going crazy XD However, Ape Escape: Saru Saru Master Moves does reuse a track from Space Fisherman :)

Had a listen. "Taiketsu! Ukkii Pink" re-uses the guitar samples from the boss theme, and "Clear Screen 2" is essentially the Fish Get! music with a different melody. Yet another version of "Honjou Oiwake" appears as an unused track, too, but I don't know if that first appeared in Space Fishermen or not.
