You think so? I feel like Ultimate skins have always been about having major cosmetic changes in-game (if you don't count the latest addition, which I really dislike). This skin, which I love don't get me wrong, I think is a pretty standard Legendary tier one; completely new model, vfx and voiceover. Not trying to be a party pooper I swear, I REALLY like this skin 😂

Definitely an ultimate skin. The only difference is it doesn't have a particular lore to bring to league, despite some legendaries having more than other ultimates

Ultimate skins in my opinion are skins that can change over the course of a game and this is honestly not one of those, but the quality is certainly much better than what we got let's say 3 years ago, so I can understand why this could have been considered an ultimate skin back then just because it looks absolutely amazing. seraphine's ultimate skin was a joke tbh. I don't understand why you have to choose one of the 3 skins in champion select. I still bought it because i was hyped , but ya know ^^ .

alot of champions have things like this. but the problem is that when your kiting or constantly clicking around. you dont get to see the full animation that they put into it. so kinda sucks but good for a show

The skins where you can feel the effort they put in are by far the best in the game. This one is genius. I have LONG considered Final Boss Veigar to be the best skin in the game by far, and given how old it is, it is an unbelievably good skin. The number of old school gaming Easter eggs in it is great. Now this skin comes along and may just take the top spot! The other skins that introduce new characters are also so good. Dragon Trainer Tristana and Heimer are great skins for that reason too 👏🏻👏🏻 well done Riot, credit where it is due
