They reach down to the planets surface from orbit and drink all the bio mass that has been decomposed into a big soup so the fleet can then use that bio mass to create more tyranids to continue the planet assault

I had to grind las fusil, despite having no intial intensions for that, to max level just to finish missions 4 and 5 on max... Chaos is nightmare on Lethal, while most Tyranid ones I did from first or second atempt with random teams without much need of some META classes, perks and weapons. Archenemy indeed...

Yo Zanny, idk if you forgot or never knew but quick tip, Tyranid Minoris enemies have a neural synaptic link to the nearby Majoris Tyranids, thus, if you kill the Majoris 'nids, the Minoris instantly die hence the green neural electricity you often see where they die in groups. If you can somehow focus solely on killing the Majoris then all the Minoris will fall. Been my teams strategy and we can consistently wipe and sweep lethal diffs easy using this tactic to also preserve ammo. Obviously sometimes you HAVE to kill the minoris because there's too many or such otherwise, but if you can, always go for the Majoris execs.

@@Exshooter101 Darktide was garbage for a good couple of years after launch. I was in the pre-launch beta and it was genuinely unfinished trash. The class update made it playable, and the crafting update removed the 500 hour grind to get a good weapon to do Auric Damnation missions, but it still isn't as good as Space Marine 2. I may be biased by my hatred of Fatshark and their questionable business practices, but Space Marine 2 is a game that launched complete and will be getting more content over time, while Darktide is a game that launched broken and has only recently become as good as it should have been on launch. I would also expect SM2 to get more frequent updates than Darktide, due to the Space Marine devs being competent and actually working most of the year, while Fatshark devs can't make a game that doesn't stutter and crash half the time (outside of the cosmetic shop that works perfectly and never lags), and go on vacation on every day that ends with a Y.

@@mememaster695 ​Unless you have the ability to time travel, the game's horrible launch is irrelevant. People are asking for a judgement of the game now, not 2 years ago. Replayability wise, Darktide absolutely COOKS SM2. DT has 4 very distinct classes, a whole ass talent tree per class that basically supports sub-classing, and a massive array of weapons. The Veteran alone has 58 combined weapons, SM2 has 23 in every class combined. Perk-wise the talent tree system definitely has SM2's one-perk-per-column system beat (aka the same system DT had on launch and people wanted gone). DT also has more missions available, a more interesting difficulty system, MUCH more interesting/less repetitive interactions between characters, and a more interesting grind to keep you hooked. Content-wise SM2 does not even come close to DT, even considering the upcoming content drops for SM2 and their roadmap. Even optimisation-wise, the game runs far better than SM2 now. The only things SM2 has over DT content-wise is PvP and an actual campaign. The armor customisation is also dope, but DT's cosmetics aren't lacking either, and they obviously have 2 different power fantasies. I understand not being happy with Fatshark and the way they managed the game these 2 past years, the devs at Saber are definitely more doing a better job at managing things with the community, but I'm gonna look at this from a gameplay perspective because that's probably what most people are considering when they ask if a game is worth it. Let's also not forget that DT is 2/3 the price of SM2.

The fencing "nerfs" are not nerfs. They changed the active frames of the parry from balancing (slapping the attack away) to instant-upon-press. It ends at the same time. It is now a reaction parry, and a flat upgrade.

So, the bio-titan. It's basically meant to duel any armored regiments who've proven to be a problem, and it often serves double duty as a linebreaker unit; it's meant to soak up all the firepower the enemy has while everything else closes in for the kill. Fun fact: you can damage and even kill the bio-titan with your ranged weapons, but I believe that once it's far away enough that you have to use the turrets, only the sniper's primary can reach it.

Tyranids will reabsorb gaunts into the hive fleet in order to use consumed biomass in order to improve the next generation aka if eating a species with tough horns the next gen of gaunts will have horns for matching and overcoming. This is also how the tyranids adapted to the virus bomb so quickly was by recycling survivor gaunts into the hive fleet until a 100% immune gene was made

im ngl zanny boi the bolt rifle with grenade launcher is OP, 3 grenades and you can get a Majoris into an execute and takes 1.5 seconds to shoot 3. Using tactical when you have the perk that refills your magazines while executing to get your extra grenades back. you have 11 grenades and with a heavy it goes up to 14. The devs said they patched it but they have not over the last 2. FYI the refill works on RANGED KILLS too, so when on cooldown, (tbh idk it im drunk rn)shoot a majoris on the head and your bolter magazine and your grenades will refill.
