This is annoying. That was the easiest ruthless run ever. The inconsistency in difficulty is really annoying in this game sometimes. Ive had substantial runs that were harder than a ruthless run.

Yeah I get that too. I've had some runs that were awesome fun then I get a run were I just get swamped by every thing and it feels like I can't do anything. This game really don't make me feel like a space marine.

Nah this was not the easiest ruthless run we literally had one on stream where a carnifex spawned at the start of the mission got stuck in the rafters and then nothing else spawned the rest of the mission last night lol. The inconsistent enemies is due to spawn weights which is really annoying and the worst part about this rolly run and a normal one where we kill everything is almost the same. i.imgur.com/ExflrVc.png

I felt the same when I did my first diff 4 run, no lie I had a diff 2 run on Inferno that was bonkers…I was doing it for weapon xp and it was just me and 1 rando, we got just bogged down every section it was crazy but also fun. Our first boss was Neurothrope and double Zoanthropes with a Ravener. I was Assault he was Sniper we had a bot Bulwark. Was brutal. Next we had a Carnifex, Lictor and Ravener and the sentries spawned a massive enemy wave, brutal. We completed the mission, but man did we fight for every inch. This was diff 2 with both my bolt pistol and chain sword at Artificer level and lvl 15 Assault. I go in to diff 4 with my lvl 18 Vanguard and Artificer Melta, Bolt pistol and Chainsword…absolute walk in the park, 2 Relic armor data too. I was prepared for madness and was just so underwhelmed it wasn’t funny. I’m not complaining, but yeah the inconsistency was a shock. The AI Director can be a coont or your best friend sometimes.

​@Claysthetics did it a few time seems to work, if you don't get a kill mybe more on each weapon you don't get xp. And I think there is a host bug, when I don't host I get full health from loadout station and it dosnt work when I'm host, could be the same thing. Need to do more testing

And people wonder why I want Majoris enemy health reduced. Minoris just need a bigger head hitbox and I think they'd be fine. People tell me to git gud. Seems to me just bring the Melta weapons so they abuse the contested health refill and rolling around. The difficulty should come from different enemy combinations. Not from just bringing a weapon to stun lock them into oblivion because they have stupidly high health pools and abusing a bugged weapon type. Not knocking ya here Clay. Gotta do what ya gotta do. But I hope the devs listen to the feedback and adjust things that need to be adjusted. Less this video becomes the "git gud" gameplay people are talking about. And Melta is the only viable weapon on higher difficulties, with our armour made of paper, and enemies that take even in an execution state 5 headshots to kill due to how spongey they are. Bosses to a point I am ok with. But enemy composition and tactics should be what changes on higher difficulties. Not the lazy increased health and damage method.

I still find 2nd mission the easiest way to farm and haven't had issues with desync, but this is a good alternative to switch things up if I get bored, thanks for the guide.

Deployed the droideka strat yesterday. - Also found having 1/2 bots on my team made the enemy ai more sluggish than usual, no idea why. Reminds me of the helldivers 2 "just keep running" strat. Another reason why more developers should work with pro exploiters when developing their games, if they want to avoid easy metas.

I just recently had the idea, to start looking for another player first (as solo matchmaking apparently works better?) and if you got a second player only then invite your pre-made via code. It's the same engine as wwz but theres ALOT of things that are just asset flips which really sucks for PVE but at least PVP has a good loop

At least going by my farming on Decapitation, there are gene seeds on every level that get spawned just like armory data, there are 5 locations for each on Decapitation so I would assume there are 5 spots for each drop on each mission.

Yea the gene seeds are really rare though I only get one in every like 10 missions unfortunately

This takes significantly longer than Inferno runs every time I do it. Maybe it's faster with a group of irl friends, but with randoms it's very tedious. Inferno is one everyone farms and knows how to do. You can even do it on higher difficulties slightly underleveled and still be fine.

Based on just playing the game mission 6 is by far the easiest to grind and farm out of all missions. It’s quick and easiest mission out of the 6.

They have to remove the rolling animation, it's terrible. A sprint it will look fine, maybe slower in the last part of the move so you try to time it instead of spamming it

If you full die you respawn in 2 minutes or at a checkpoint 1st is down if you don't get revived ur cooked and 2nd is rip but after respawn your reset on a way
