They’re especially amazing when you consider they’re written, sets are built, filmed, and edited on the same week that the show airs on sometimes finishing them seconds before they go on air. I can’t begin to imagine how stressful it must be for the crew.

I loved the authenticity of their helmets. Many times in movies/TV, space helmets just slip over people's heads. There's nothing to seal them in place except gravity (ironic, don't you think). They actually had a metal connection ring between the helmet and the suit on these suits.
