Back in the day when I first started, its how a lot of channels I liked did things. Huge/big recordings of stuff, minimal editing, just a slice of the game, as its played, honestly. However, since the start of commercialization, I've seen so many channels turn into the 'show 5 minutes of a game', showing either only the very best of a game to 'sell it', with minimal, absolutely minimal commentary, or showing only the very best of someone's gameplay to show off 'badassery'. The 'Longplay" as it was once called is dying or dead. Im one of the few that remain. I'll likely never change format, unless I really want to show something short/funny like a GTA-V smashup

BlackPantsLegion Yea, its especially useful for this kind of game, so you can see the thought process of the player, and get the big picture of a match. Cut it up, and it really just is a jumbled mess with no real plot

Bought a detonatrix pack...on a double agent round. Blew up an opposing traitor whilst he was buying his kit. Blew off his hand holding an Esword. Captain arrested him, perma'd him for the whole round, Didn't look at his PDA, I got the PDA, and bought another 15TC of explosives. Destroyed perma entirely, Took out most of sec, and captain died to carp. Ended up with me calling the shuttle, barricading the door.

A tip when working with a big list of people you can PDA message is that you can use 'Crtl' + 'F' (after at least clicking in the window) to do a text search. Works similar UI elements as well.

My very first game wasnt that notable... It was a greenshift I just sat in the bar and drank soda cus alcohol is bad. That was in what, 2016? 2017? Back in 2020 I played again and started as a janitor, science lizard turned me into a Hulk and some guy writes "fuck jannies" on the floor in crayon. Being a Hulk I decided to test my new ability. I beat up that guy with a mop and surprisingly did not get bwoinked for it. Nowadays I mainly play cargo techie, janitor, and bartender.

This episode is so God damn funny. From the idiot clown who immediately blew his cover (why even?) and your siccing both HOP and all of SEC on him leading to SEC obliterating him, to that hopelessly incompetent assassination attempt leading to the assassin's melting his own face off out of shame, to you running a tight ship in cargo while systematically heavily poisoning half the crew and then blaming it on your target, to your constant misdirection of SEC like when one officer came by to inquire about the disposal...then the psycho borg wave at the end setting everybody on fire and drilling their eyes out, your immediate subversion of HOP in the beginning, and to top it all off, you were walking around with an obviously syndicate belt on the entire time. Holy shit, I thought nothing could top your evil HOP traitor squad video, but this one is incredible.

I just had a round where I blasted a vending machine point blank with a plasma cutter on accident. The machine fell on me and pinned me. While I slowly bled out i struggled to give my exact location on comms watching paramedics running past me several times looking for me. Bad way to die.
