You inspired me to scout the aftermarket for a Space65, and gladly I got one. I do have 1 question tho, hope you can help me with this: I use the POM plate just like you did in the video, but the plate creates a certain curve with the PCB and the foam. Do you have this issue, and you do, how did you fix it? Thank you for reading, and keep it up with the nice video!

You need a plate fork to install the switches.

One annoying thing I didn't realize until taking delivery of my own Space65 III is that the badge doesn't line up with the perimeter of the case the way you would expect (you can see it in this video if you look closely).

3ildcat, what electric screwdriver do you recommend to get? Some are not long + thin enough! Wowstick 1F+ or Xiaomi Mijia Electric Precision Screwdriver Type-C Rechargeable? What solder iron + solder sucker do you use? Too broke for hakko fr301...

Nah, custom cable is just normal cable that are more colorful and have the coiled part, as well as the connector for more solid and aesthetics looking. So it does zero harm to your PC or mechanical keyboard.

Love the video, but you must put on the SA Oblivion Keycaps on the Lavender coloured Space65 R3 keyboard and do a typing video! Would love to see how they sound. I use Ducky Azure SA Keycaps myself on my GK64. They sound great!

the loudness difference between all foams and no foams was quite big, tho the pom plate with no foam sounded a bit thin on its own, maybe a diff plate will be nicer for no foam build
