I saw that many folks suggested Kneeland might sneak into the bottom of rd 1, so for us to get this dude where we did was HUGE. The value and need was too good to pass on. We clearly did in fact have a plan. Gotta give some luv to the scouts and the Joneses for not reaching on a rb when we needed to address the trenches first, and we did so. I like. RB Tyrone Tracy might be there in rd 5, and if he is, hes a steal.

Kneeland was ranked 32 on Dane Buglers board. He called him a first round talent. I think hes a sneaky steal. Dude has power that Tank never had. He plays heavy handed and finishes

@@phillipellis2015 yes, its not an exact science. More times than not, Dane gets it pretty close. When you throw on the tape, Kneeland shows you why Dane had him ranked the way he did. I compared him to Braswell, the DE from Bama that went 1 pick after him, and really, not much difference . Very similar guys,exept for teh fact Bama plays against much better competition. In a perfect world, I would rather have drafted Braswell here or simply drafted Trey Benson,but hey,it is what it is. We drafted a helluva player that is high IQ,tougher than heck, and thrives on his power and run stopping.I think dude is a dog. Watching his tape that guy popped off the film. He wont be bullied. Not a sexy draft for us day 2, but we did get better as a team. Id like to see if we can move some draft picks from 2025, and trade into the 4th round day 3 and get a stud rb. There are plenty. Ray Davis is the guy I'd be pounding the table for. Wanna talk about scheme fit, this guy is that. The sweet spot for rb is day 3.Watch out for Tyrone Tracy from Purdue in rd 5. Hes a very good rb. Well-rounded guy and he was a 30 visit.

Honestly had no idea who Marshawn Kneeland was, before tonight. Kid seems like a Mike Zimmer type player. Physical setting the edge for sure. Big, nasty player. LOVE the Beebe pick. Luifau is going to be a great player in the Mike Zimmer defense. Very underrated.. We are definitely getting more physical.

yes, the plan seems to be getting much bigger and physical at the point of attack. Day 3, we need to just draft BPA. Day 3 is where the foundation of the team is built. Very important, especially considering the guys we lost on the depth chart. Cooper Bebe and Guyton instantly made us a top 10 oline. Will only get better. Im a fan of starting Guyton early on at RT, make Steele our swing tackle, and let Asim Richards compete with Guyton at LT. I expect Richards to shine in camp, just a hunch.

Bebe was a steal maybe the steal of the draft. Great value. NASTY mauler that can play all 5 positions.

We needed starters and I see maybe 2 of the 4 we have 4 guys from last year who were hurt or didn’t play much or failed to be a impact player we needed at least 3-4 to be instant starters

the term starter is over used. The guys we lost were very replaceable. Many rotational guys and like 3 starters. What hurts us is we were inactive in free agency. Lets not forget June 1 cuts. We always see high quality players surprisingly get cut at that time, so we will have another chance to solidify the team and get better.
