You just know it's going to keep on doing it though, like it invented that stupid move which only drags society down one step closer to a complete collapse.

That whole "Left-Handed Gun" thing was a myth. At least in his case. 3:25 That style of duster didn't exist back then. It's too modern. Also, it looks like an Australian style of duster. A frock coat would have been more common for the time and place. Or the style of dusters some of the other characters wear. 3:27 Fires a warning shot with a double-barrel shotgun. The main problem isn't the quality, after all most direct to dvd films looks like this, or the acting(atleast one or two act a bit naturally unlike in the first one)... I have NOT yet played the BloodRayne games but I'm pretty sure it's not a western comedy that's having trouble sticking to one genre. The first BloodRayne movie atleast seems like what something like BloodRayne is. Lots of blood and well vampires. Mister Boll could have made this movie simply okay by making Billy a mysterious villain. Like imagine this plot instead: Billy walks around each house, leave a truly grisly scene and each night is worse then the next. Yes it's Jack The Ripper but ATLEAST that would bring some character to Billy. There is "some" suspense to the first Billy appearance but it's ruined by showcasing his actions. He cause a house invasion, steal kids...cause a house invasion, steal kids. At that point is starting to traverse more into some sort of low budget crime drama you found on a random channel back in the days. Lastly, the second game already existed. Uwe could simply grabbed that script and make it like his first BloodRayne movie which isn't a masterpiece, but it's atleast stupid fun.
