SpaceX Crew Dragon Returns from Space Station on Demo-1 Mission
On March 8, 2019, the SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft undocks from the International Space Station, after nearly 5 days aboard the orbiting laboratory during the company’s Demo-1 mission for NASA’s Commercial Crew Program and descends to re-enter the Earth’s atmosphere. Just over 5 hours later, the uncrewed spacecraft splashes down in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Florida and is recovered by SpaceX teams.

Still think this is the best and safest way for crews to return home. The vertical landings on end planned for Starship reminds me too much of really bad 1950's sci-fi!! Way more that can go wrong too!

Here for the Starliner Demo-1. Did they substitute Dragon? Now what will happen with Boeing?

I wanna see dream chaser docking into ISS and coming down to earth like an aeroplane. More efficient way of bearing cargo and astronauts.

Dreamchaser will “Berth” to ISS with its Shooting Star Module. Once that module is detached, Dreamchaser will Re-enter the atmosphere, like the Space Shuttle, for landing on a Runway. The landing strip North and West of Kennedy Space Center (previously used by Shuttle) will be primary runway.
