+Mill Lumine If you don't have a pass to get on base for the launch, the best place to watch is along the banana river on the north side of the port by the cruise ship terminals. Anywhere before the main entrance to Cape Canaveral Air Force Station has a good view and there is usually a good amount of parking available.
