SpaceX Revealed New Starlink Space Station changing everything...
Are you envisioning a life in space where you can still connect with your family, enjoy movies, attend conferences, and carry out daily activities just like on Earth? It might sound like science fiction, but it's gradually becoming a reality.
SpaceX Revealed New Starlink Space Station changing everything...
Recently, SpaceX and Vast unveiled an extraordinary vision for the future of space stations: integrating Starlink connectivity. This groundbreaking revelation marks the first step towards a future of space exploration that defies traditional concepts.
SpaceX Revealed New Starlink Space Station changing everything...
Join us on today's episode of Great SpaceX as we explore what Vast's space station will look like with SpaceX's Starlink system and how this innovation underscores SpaceX's profound influence in the aerospace industry.
In just the next few years, the International Space Station (ISS) will officially stop all operations. Therefore, commercial station projects have continuously appeared intending to inherit the position of the ISS. Vast, founded by Jed McCaleb, is also joining the race with its own space station project, called Haven-1.

Remember The Spacing Guild in the Dune Universe, it had a monopoly over transpiration and communication, SpaceX has positioned itself quite well! Congratulation SpaceX

*V.A.S.T.* represents one heck of an opportunity for *SpaceX* in having several destinations instead of just the *I.S.S.* Linking several *V.A.S.T. stations* together in a, dare I say it, vast network there could be some dedicated to *Hotel Services* more dedicated to *Scientific* research, still others to providing links to the *Moon, mars,* and *Asteriod Mining* stations beyond.

The spin and size of the intended haven station seems like a risky thing considering the orbital debris, will be interesting to see how they deal with that.

Since this is technically possible it raises the question of why ISS depends upon the inferior connectivity of TDRS. All they have to do is strap a Starlink satellite to the top side of the ISS.

THE ONLY SOTUTION! Baffles will not work to prevent the fuel slushing problem, because the tanks of the starship system are too large. That is the only reason why the starship engines have been exploding every time. The solution: The tanks of Starship and Superheavy need 2 disk valves, expanding the diameter of each tank. One of the disks, the one on top, rotates above the contiguous disk to close the overlaping holes on the surface of the disks; to reduce the Size of the tank by dividing it, before any rotation or acceleration of the rocket. This will prevent slushings and protect the plumbing, if located 10% above the bottom section of each tank. Large telescopic pistons can be attached below the bottom of disk valves to control the fuel pressure as the piston expands into the fuel tank. I have built a model that works perfectly. The second disk valve can be located 10% below the front of the tank, to also protect the front of the tanks from the slushing forces. The gridfins are too flat and too small to be effective enough and will not be able to control the booster. Why is Elon not using four pins instead of three to secure each heat shield tyle? Four anchor points provide far more stability to secure a tyle, not three. Also, each type should be constructed with the bottom half of the brick consisting of an interwoven latice of steal mixed into the silicon, to provide a foundation of strength and durability to each tyle. What is more important than securing the heat shield by providing the maximum stability and strength to each tyle? The interwoven steal mesh lattice mixed into the bottom half of the bricks, and the four anchor points would eliminate the problems of tyles falling off the ship every time there is an engine ignition event. Please get this message to Elon. Thank you. Also, Spacex needs 3 actuators to move the payload bay doors correctly, not two. They have only two now, one at each end of the payload bay. They need one at the center position. Three will guarantee that there will always be enough support to open and close the doors, even if one of the three fails. I know the spacex engineers can see these problems. It is like ignoring the elephant in the room. The solutions should be a no-brainer. Musk needs to hire people who can be trusted and who will not continue accepting bribes from Jeff Bozo to sabotage and cause unnecessary delays to the Spacex Statship program.

That is quite an analysis. What is your background?
@ashleyobrien4937
@ashleyobrien4937 17 күн бұрын
Yeah, that is certainly a step in the right direction, whenever a rocket is in a state where the tanks are only partially full and not under thrust, ie with engines off, but with the need to re-start the fluids are going to be dispersed all through the tanks, especially in microgravity meaning turbo pumps might start gulping gas instead of just liquid, so something needs to be done to ensure that those turbopumps only get fed with fluid. Maybe if the tanks were fitted with some kind of bladder that simply shrinks as the fuel is used, but I doubt it would be possible to find a suitable material that has rubber balloon like properties at those cryogenic temperatures, but it sure would be a simple non complicated fix ! Even the header tanks and plumbing could be done way with.

@@ashleyobrien4937 Unless I’m just not properly understanding how these baffles work there has to be a better solution. And by ‘better’ I primarily mean ‘nearly foolproof’. They can’t work ‘most’ of the time. They need to work pretty much ‘all’ of the time. I don’t see how you could ever get human rated certification for Starship until you’ve solved this problem comprehensively and completely.

You need to consult with Jared Isaacman about how much benefit result from a space walker to have Starlink connectivity. So far not so good. Oooh and it is so wonderful that a space station astronaut can follow her/his favorite TicTok influencer daily....truly critical!

You need to deliver a pizza to a house 15 miles from the kitchen. You can use a double-trailer semi, and bring it back to the kitchen, or you can use a $500 bicycle, but you throw it away after delivery. Which is more cost-effective? I don't think Falcon 9 will be used much at all once Starship is operational, even for tiny payloads.

Feel free to note that the double trailer driving the 15 miles, needs premium diesel-- costing $28 per gallon, (380 ton tank) while the double trailer retail cost is (relative) $425,000 per. While the Big Falcon is $110,000 (trailer) filled with $8 diesel at 7 ton tank.

@@davidh.503 Not at all. Every F9 launch results in the loss off the second stage and its engine. Even with the first stage and fairings recovered, that's $13 million in hardware thrown away. The cost for a Starship launch, even when it's massive overkill for the payload, is only fuel and oxidizer.
