I think I have a solution to the problem with the heat re-entry... by using a spray of cold water in the area where the heat is accumulating along with the heat tiles... where the midst will incumber the area...

You forgot laser welding will be replacing spacex current welding process. Laser welding way cleaner and faster and doesn't deform the metal structure at the atomic lvl.

Thanks for the great use of relevent A and B roll video footage. Also intresting and verry well edited witch is rare on the web. Maybe try a slight pause between sentances. 'Add a pause/space, to 'take a breath', in the A I voice over. People do not talk without breathing. Than it would be PERFECT. Thanks again.

NASA has faced budget cuts, so they awarded contracts to the private sector to develop launch vehicles. If it’s really possible to bring back the Space Shuttle program with modern technology and techniques, it could very well become the next technological masterpiece

For all the young nay sayers. That is why NASA had to make all their tech public, that was a key point to getting funding. That's where Corning Ware and a boat load of other products exist. Money saved, Elon save a bizillion by studying the mistakes and tech from the Shuttle. Ole Guy

If they had made slightly larger wings and larger fuel tanks and rockets, they could have maybe have used steel instead of aluminium for the Space Shuttle, avoiding the heat sensitivity of aluminium.

SOMEHOW !! ... Engineers have to tap into the Powers of Mother Nature , to Land these Spacecraft , as gentle as can be , back on Earth .... Why can't Man build a Reverse Engine ... that reflects the Heat and Speed Energy of Reentry ... back in Gravity's Face .... Then the Spacecraft can Slow down gradually and not get so Hot ... As the Atmosphere thicken , the Ship slows more and More ... Why fight Nature instead of using it ? .......

Fifty ~ sixty years ago, NASA's budget was huge. Now, it's not the same anymore. They need to rely on the private sector, and they're heavily dependent on SpaceX to send people back to the Moon. They're more than happy to support the private sector, trust me.

Imagine all of the advances that industries across the US have benefited from the Space Program since the 1950's. Shut them all down and we will go back to Bi-Planes and Hot Air Balloons. Picking out one company is foolish. NASA did not build the Saturn. Boeing , North American Aerospace, IBM, Douglas Aviation, Rocketdyne, and others built the equipment and systems that led to a man on the moon. They all gained knowledge and expertise and have helped propel the US to one of the leading tech giants of the world. Buy stock in Space X and make some profit of your own off of what your country invested in.
