Nice home - it’s just slightly bigger than the size of our home, but our kitchen and living room are all in one room, with a Murphy bed. We love it! Miss seeing your sweet babies! Thanks for video, Kathleen

I'm not going to lie, this is a beautiful home but it would be a no for me because of the murals, accent wall, raised sink and shower tile (all the special touches), I want basic so I can infuse my own style. I would really hate to paint over those beautiful murals and accent wall, but I do respect that this is Alaska and Alaskans may love this style.

I can totally understand that perspective! I would probably be like that too if the style was not my thing!

A lot of things I don't like about it in the biggest is there's no bathtub. If I'm living somewhere freezing cold, I love to soak in a hot bath tub. Not a hot tub, a hot bath tub that's inside😮

A tub is something I definitely miss in our house!

I would immediately replace those front doors. You are gonna freeze your ever loving butts off in the winter if you don't. Glass is a terrible insulator, plus double opening doors with a gasket in between to keep out sub zero temps? Yeah maybe in South Florida but not in Alaska. Plus a bear will waltz right through that door. Why do you need windows on either side of a mostly glass door? You're losing insulation and creating a safety hazard. When builders start using gold plated items in the house then you know they missed the entire point of the Tiny House movement. It wasn't minimalism. It's to get away from those 30 year mortgages costing hundreds of thousands of dollars. They're basically charging the same price but in a smaller footprint of space. While watching this video I realized the architect designed this house to be pretty but not energy efficient. Anyone who lives in a cold climate knows you don't use such huge windows (or as many) if you want to stay toasty warm and not have to sell a kidney to pay your electric bill. This is not a tiny home. This is a small manufactured home. One of the key requirements of a Tiny Home is to be 500 square feet or less.
