Hello!!! 1. Thank you for this video! I’m actually receiving mine today and this is super helpful to prepare to put it together and 2. The little blue spinners go on the play board panel :) they’re like little spinners so the two little horns sticking out on the side need to be pushed into the little dips. I’m not sure if that makes sense. It goes sideways so your little one can spin them :)
