Spaghetti Aglio E Olio - Italian Pasta Classic

One of my all time favorites! This is a simple, ingredient light dish that shines through with the taste of garlic and olive oil, a true italian classic. I wanted to show you a simple way of making a simple, but wonderful dish. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/2 pound/8 ounces spaghetti noodles
1/2 - 3/4 cup minced Italian Parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
parmesan cheese, thinly grated to liking
Kosher Salt added to cooked pasta to liking
Pasta Water: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon kosher salt

Love how you werent stingy with the garlic...Hehehehe...I love this simple but tasty pasta dish!! You executed it perfectly!! Dont you just think the microplane does such a great job with parmesan?? I love mine!!! It was nice to see snow....I live near the beach in CA and havent seen that white stuff in 20 years
