Hey Niccy, you can always omit the garlic lol. Yes sure you can add the mince meat after sauteeing the onions and garlic, it will still turn out alright :-)

Hey Blessing yes sure you can sub.... However if you opt to brown the meatballs do it gently to brown them so as not to break them...set them aside, make the sauce and put them back in. Or alternatively you could make the sauce and put the meatballs while raw in the sauce and cook on low heat until cooked to your lliking.

Hey Amanda For this particular video recipe no I did not. However sometimes I peel, grate the tomatoea etc and other times I blend...honestly depends with my mood😂🙈 So long as your tomatoes are ripe and juicy you should be able to get a good sauce out of them.

Hey Penelope.... At 2:54 its "HoHo" which is kiswahili for 'Capsicums' what we call them if your from Kenya🇰🇪 Other parts of the world call them green peppers or bell peppers🙈 and sweet peppers when referring to the coloured ones...Hope that helped👍
