I just watched your cheesy garlic bread recipe; we will have that tonight with your spaghetti sauce recipe. I may be tempted to use this Puttanesca sauce over angel hair pasta instead. This is a huge step away from my comfort zone with the anchovies. I am determined to go above and beyond with my cooking. K here’s the thing. When I incorporate the pasta as you did to the sauce, the pasta has a thickish residue of starch on it. How do I remedy that ? I love the method yes ! I can’t seem to nail it tho.
