We could enjoy both. No.2, Though you somehow speed up your shooting motions, you’ve made sure the viewers can see each detail of the ingredients and cooking process, so they won’t MISS IT! I'm Italian, you really are great! Sometimes I see on youtube somebody "trying" to ccok italian, some horrible stuff neither a dog can eat, as "one pot past" or similar disgusting things

I am Italian, specifically from Rome, and I would like to congratulate you for cooking all the dishes in the video very well (including the Carbonara). I wanted to suggest two small tricks for the preparation (something every Roman does): - add a bit of the Guanciale fat to the cream to make it blend better with the rest of the dish. - if you prefer it even more flavorful, remove the parmesan and use only Pecorino Romano. The rest is perfect.

This great video idea, Chef Joel🌷 It's a collections of all that is crazy delicious in the world of pasta. I never forget that day I made Spaghetti Melanzana for the first time... I have always wanted to go to Italy and learn more of the way they cook... especially on the "Peasant" side of life.... Anchovy is so under rated. I use it in all pasta sauces. Love it with lamb. That umami of anchovy is bomb:))) Of course whoever made Worcestershire sauce obviously knew that it was amazing too.
