River cottage/Hugh fearnley whittingstall. Keith Floyd I could watch All day long.. But this man here. Hes my top dog. Watching him bounce from country to country. From market to kitchen for years is what's gave me a passion for cooking and travelling. Lol he doesn't just love the cooking and ingredients and the whole story behind them. His eyes light up when he sees the perfect plate or bowl for the right dish 😊 The mans just a legend. Here's to you Mr Stein ❤ you and Chalky ❤

Cooked this dish twice already, once with halibut which was even more delicious than the monkfish in my opinion. So quick and easy, a true favourite, so thanks Rick!!

Looks wonderfully fresh and tasty!😌🙏 Just my own preference adding a bit of white wine and cream would make it even better😋

Rick, you threw away all that nice starchy pasta water! Why not add a little to the sauce or just lift the pasta in "wet"?
