Monkfish Brodetto with Cannellini

This delicious recipe is one of my favorite one dish wonders - you can prepare the entire meal in one pot! Perfect for a weekday night. Monkfish is a good choice for stews, because it is very sturdy and won't fall apart, and it won't overcook as rapidly as some other types of fish. This dish can be made in advance and brought to temperature when your friends or family arrive at the table. If you'd like to add a vegetable, stir in a cup or so of frozen peas when you add the monkfish back in.

I knew you were behind in filming & editing the videos but I didn't think it was that far back. I'm glad you put a memorial at the end of this video for her even though it's been a while. She was a very nice woman & will be always missed 🍷

the store brands from higher end places like whole foods or wegmens are really solid for the price and will work great in the vast majority of recipes!
