Spain 2024 - Part 6. WE'VE GONE HOG WILD! (by our standards at least). Tapas and Menu del Dia!

We're on the second shorter part of our typical Spanish camper van winter trip.
It's much busier in Cambrils, and the easy bus trips to Salou and Tarragona means we can cut loose a bit. Which for us mainly means trawling around Tapas bars and anywhere else we can find good (or cheap) eats.

Thanks Brian and Rhona , lovely vlog again. I’m going to rewatch it to absorb all the useful tips- love the food info as well love Spanish food. It’s great to see you looking well and happy . We hope to travel to France and Spain in May but in the next few weeks we are visiting loch Lomond and then Dumfries and Galloway . The weather might be chilly ! Thanks Claire😀 Up until recently I had only ever seen one red squirrel, and that was in a remote part of Kintyre about 50 years ago. I think I saw three or four last year in Culloden forest alone. We must be doing something right😀 Cheers, Brian and Rhona😀

Well, we are currently in Moncofa on a free aire and it’s all down to you🙂. We are in our 5th week of travelling now and heading north for the ferry next Saturday. Had a great time but haven’t stayed anywhere longer than 4 days! If we do it again I think we’d stay a bit longer in places. One of our favourites has been Benidorm on the outskirts much to our surprise. Thanks for all your snippets of advice it definitely helped us and entertained us too🙂. All the best Ruth and H

Hi Ruth😀 It’s really great to hear you are enjoying it😀 We did two or three tours and then just sort of found there were places we wanted to stay longer (same as you are I guess)😀. We’re actually thinking about touring again next year. We found Benidorm to be great in the Winter😀.
