Why does the speed limit drop by 20-30 km/h for 30 metres?? I noticed this several times

I noticed this as well, I have no idea, sometimes the speed limit drops from 120 to 100 for no apparent reason. In other parts of Spain they have excessive usage of advisory speed limits which may only be useful when the road is covered in snow.

@@EuropeanRoads Most of the times speeds drop because there's a tight curve or many curves approaching, it's a high-level-accident-concentration zone or because there's a major exit ahead.
