The two songs in this video are masterpieces. Also the motorway in its kind of road construction. When I drive on motorways here in Germany listen to the two songs too.

This Spanish motorway is very well built indeed... perfect... I've been watching this video loads of time since its upload... and songs chosen are stunning! I can see myself travelling across this road and having these songs as soundtrack.

@@jesperPLZ In Portugal you don't need to have a GPS if you go to an important place, like Braga, Porto, Lisbon or Faro. But if you have to go to Cascos de Rolha, well... Diogo Rodrigues well I went to the Algarve back in 2012 and most intersections were just two roads in the middle of a cornfield without any signs. I can imagine that around Lisbon or Porto or some other big city it’ll be better but still lol

@scaniarig51497 жыл бұрын
theatisgr As an active trucker I can tell you there are a lot of European countries, where cars need not paying tool, and the motorways still have guards. Trucks are paying toll in the most European countries for a couple of years. But the guards were standard years before trucks had to pay toll. These guards have nothing to do with road toll. They are SAFETY standard all over Europe
@Lion_of_Atlas6 жыл бұрын
This is not the case in North America ? At this traffic speed it's recommanded to have this guardrails....

I like road-tripping and your videos are amazing. Thank you for sharing your road travels! I love the fact that the majority of drivers in Europe remain almost always to the right lane when they are not passing, in the US most drivers are idiots who like to hog the left lane when they are not passing and enjoy blocking traffic.
@user-kz9od2po1x4 жыл бұрын
I had a problem once I was in Canada, I was lost on the road people slow down on the left lane and some speed of the right lane!! It could be mortal for drivers who are used to the European way to drive on highways!!!

Spanish Highways are perhaps the best in Europe, this is what explain the financial crisis in this country. It is so brand new that you can eat on it ! the fact is that they have A7 (free) where people can drive just near the AP 7 wich is not free (AP means "Autopista de Peaje") So, saying that we can understand why most of spanish don't take the AP
@martin-drt4 жыл бұрын
VINGAZOLE1 Aha, come to France to see the best highways in the world. There are service areas every 10 km (you can eat, sleep, refuel there). The road surface is perfect. It's just sad that the speed limit is 130 km / h, it could be unlimited like in Germany

No wonder they're broke if they just randomly built 6 and 8 lane highways in the middle of nowhere.
@EuropeanRoads9 жыл бұрын
***** It is a toll road, paid for by motorists. It is built for summer traffic, which is very heavy. This was filmed on a Sunday. Normally there are much more trucks.
@MTobias9 жыл бұрын
European Roads I get that, but those 8 lane sections still do seem a bit overkill to me
@EuropeanRoads9 жыл бұрын
***** Eight lanes is indeed a bit overkill. On the other hand, the tolls are very high (higher than in France, € 14.35 from La Jonquera to Granollers), so you can expect some investment in return :) I found AP-7 north of Barcelona to be in better condition than south of Barcelona to Valencia. Not that it's bad, but north of Barcelona is just excellent.
@lebigbgdu69339 жыл бұрын
European Roads Yes that is true , the road in the north of Barcelona is just exellent ( sorry if there is mistakes, I am french :) )
@HopoBcn8 жыл бұрын
It might seem overkill to you but since AP-7 it's the only feasible route from Barcelona to France it holds a lot of traffic. Plus it serves Industrial zones that produce a lot of traffic in terms of trucks.
