Spain's New Housing Law: How Will It Be Applied?

In this video, I am joined by Peter Franke, managing partner at Franke & de La Fuente Abogados in Marbella to discuss Spain's new Ley de Vivienda (Housing Law).
How this law will be implemented or enforced seems to be largely dependent on the elections which are due to take place in July.
The new law affects landlords of long term rentals or unoccupied properties, as well as increases the need for transparency and information provided by intermediaries (agents) on the sale of residential properties in Spain.
